Media distributors

Rotary leadthroughs are proven machine elements that are employed for the distribution of liquid and gaseous media from stationary to rotating consumers.

Apart from the standard solutions, Morgan-Rekofa develops rotary leadthroughs to meet customers' specific requirements that cannot be met with standard solutions.

For example, media distributors with up to 12 channels are manufactured where the individual channels can conduct different media. The size of the individual channels can be varied. Standard sizes of the channels are 1/8“ up to 2“.

The rotary leadthroughs are sealed with special sealing elements. The type of medium must also be taken into consideration when selecting the sealing elements. For high rotational speeds that cause extreme wear to the seals, a "seal-less" principle can also be employed.
