Standard systems in wear-free carbon brush technology

Metals and graphites are mixed according to controlled formulations using binders and in controlled manufacturing methods to produce carbon grades with different physical and chemical properties.
Morgan-Rekofa has the latest technology, together with experience dating back to 1921, in working with the raw materials. The different manufacturing methods are being continuously developed and adapted to meet the latest market and environmental demands (e.g. Raw Materials Ordinance).
The SE system was developed for use in devices and appliances with low to medium rotational speeds. Its use covers all fields of industrial application.
The individual components enable complete slip rings with housing (up to protection class IP65) to be constructed.
